Website, online booking and admin panel for a go-kart club
The club opened in spring 2026 with no website. Now rides can be booked online, the club manages bookings and clients in its own admin panel, and karting-school invoices calculate themselves and go out to parents in one click.
The challenge
The club opened in April 2026 with nothing but a personal Facebook profile: no website, no online booking.
Rides were booked by phone, while someone had to make sure the track never had more karts out than the club owns and that groups didn’t clash with school training.
Karting-school invoices were put together by hand in Excel, every month, for every parent.
What we built
The kartingd.lv website
Latvian and Russian versions: prices, karting school, birthday parties, gift cards, plus dedicated pages for Google search.
Online booking
Clients see open slots and book a ride. The system counts free karts and won’t let the track be overbooked.
Admin panel
Week and month calendar, phone bookings, track blocks for training and races. Prices and opening hours are edited in settings, and the website updates itself.
Clients & stats
A client base with ride history and notes, a WhatsApp button, and stats by weekday and hour.
Karting school
Students and parents in one database. Attendance is marked on a phone right at the track, and the monthly invoice calculates itself: membership fee plus sessions.
Invoices & reminders
Branded PDF invoices emailed to parents in one click, payment tracking and automatic reminders for unpaid invoices.
Telegram bot
New bookings arrive with a Confirm button. In the evening: a summary for tomorrow with links to remind clients about their ride.
Records & events
The club keeps a lap-record leaderboard and event announcements in the admin panel, and they show up on the site. Plus a booking calendar you can subscribe to on your phone.
